The compliance evaluator will perform evaluations of the academic, financial aid and accounting departments. Ensure that the Institution is in compliance with federal, state and accreditation regulations.
Position Duties
Academic
· Perform an evaluation of a sampling of files at least on an annual basis.
Financial Aid
· Perform an evaluation of a sampling of files at least on a quarterly basis
Accounting
· Perform a basic evaluation of the financials at least on a quarterly basis
· In addition, the compliance evaluator will review the catalog, admissions forms and enrollment agreements prepared by the Director and Director of Education. This individual will also review the policies and procedures manual and institutional effectiveness plan if requested by the Director.
· The compliance evaluator will be available to assist the campus Directors with other projects as needed and will attend seminars in an effort to stay abreast of the newest regulatory changes.
· The compliance evaluator does not function in a management or decision making role and does not oversee any department or any individual. Areas of weakness (if any) will be identified to the Director and CEO. The Director will take the necessary action to improve such areas if deemed necessary. If requested by the Director or CFAO, the compliance evaluator will meet with the Director and/or each department to review outcomes of any evaluations that occur.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
Industry experience a plus - Working with daily detail and numbers
Priority will be given to a candidate who understands title IV financial aid regulations and has an accounting background.

Good Understanding of DOE & BPPE Regulations
**Handling reports for regulatory agencies and keeping the school in compliance for FA, DOE, BPPE, DOL, etc.
